Матч меня решительно обрадовал и сразу по нескольким причинам. Даже не смотря на итоговый счет. Я не буду сравнивать составы. Говорить о травмах. Об упущенных шансах и неточностях. Всё это Вы и так знаете. Я говорю о том, что увидел и почувствовал.

Мне страшно понравился первый тайм. Естественно до того момента, когда команда просела психологически, после третьего гола в свои ворота. Именно этот отрезок порядка 5-6 минут оставил то неприятное послевкусие от хорошо продуманного плана тренерского штаба.

Приятно было наблюдать, как боялся Сити, как Пеп и его покровители на трибуне сидели с каменными лицами. Даже дурак-гол Бернардо Силвы их не обрадовал. Сити не только не был похож на себя. Он был полностью нулевым.

Растерянность голубых была разлита по полю и трибунам гостей. Их могло спасти только чудо, и оно пришло к ним вместе с автоголом Перейры. Тогда и наступил момент, о котором я говорил выше. Лишь на это время Сити поверил, что время можно обернуть вспять. Но они упустили этот момент. Забей они ещё раз, то у них был шанс отсрочить свой конец, ненадолго. Жернова истории мелют медленно, но верно. Вчера мы увидели обречённую команду Сити, которая понимала, что их время заканчивается, уходит, как песок, сквозь пальцы.

Второй тайм показал, что на большее, чем тянуть время и ждать спасительного свистка голубые просто не способны. Шансы в ответном матче у них ещё сохранялись при счете 0:3, но после превосходного гола, символически забитым нашей юной тройкой нападения, который окончательно обрёк их на трудный ответный матч на своём поле и необходимость испытывать страх ещё 90 длинных минут, от которого они уже давно отвыкли, при встречах с МЮ. Там их будет ждать молодая, злая и уже получившая необходимый опыт команда Манчестер Юнайтед. Наша юная команда имеет исторический шанс преподать Сити урок и громко объявить ещё в этом сезоне, что их время вышло.
